The service
Sober Oktober is a habit tracker run by SINGULAR IT · tudor@deepbite.io. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16.
Not medical advice
Sober Oktober is a motivational tool, not medical advice or treatment. If you drink heavily or use drugs every day, stopping suddenly can be dangerous. Talk to a doctor first. If you are in crisis or think you may be in danger, contact your local emergency number.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Don't misuse the service: no attacks, scraping, or attempts to access other people's data.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app; that removes your data.
Connected services
Strava, Apple Health and similar connections are optional and also governed by those providers' own terms. We may change or remove a connection if a provider changes its rules.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service (nothing, for the free version). Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms or the service; we'll update the date above. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. Governing law is that of the country where SINGULAR IT is established, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy page.
